Position Summary:

As a Financial Accountant, you will be crucial in safeguarding the financial stability of the organization. This role is ideal for a meticulous and seasoned expert eager to make a significant impact through the following responsibilities:

Key Duties:

  • Generate monthly financial statements, ensuring precision and adherence to applicable accounting regulations.
  • Assist in formulating budgets and forecasts, delivering insightful analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Perform account reconciliations and oversee the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy of financial documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance financial workflows and boost operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate the year-end audit process, coordinating with external auditors for a seamless and timely conclusion.
  • Offer financial insights and guidance to non-financial managers, aiding them in understanding the fiscal implications of their choices.

Ideal Candidate:

  • CA/CPA qualified or pursuing certification, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a flexible and adaptable approach.

  • Strong technical accounting expertise and a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting standards.
