About the Opportunity:

Randstad is seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join its dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your contributions will be highly valued and integral to the continued success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insightful analysis to support decision-making.
  • Reconcile accounts and manage the general ledger, maintaining the integrity of financial records.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support the year-end audit process, liaising with external auditors to ensure a smooth and timely completion.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to non-financial managers, helping them understand the financial impact of their decisions.

Ideal Profile:

  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards, with 3 years industry experience
  • You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, along with an adaptive and flexible attitude.
  • Have a customer-focused mindset, with a passion for building and fostering relationships.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and a thorough understanding of financial reporting standards.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
