Job Title: Credit Operations Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Credit Operations Administrator. This is a 12-month contract opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to our organization's success.

About the Role:

  • Maintain credit management mailboxes and associated tasks
  • Funds transfer and refund requests
  • Action bounced back refunds
  • Disconnection for non-payment and associated tasks
  • Queries/requests raised by mercantile agents
  • Assist with credit legal/bankruptcy process and associated tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience/exposure to a credit management environment
  • Understands the importance of relationship management
  • Proven interpersonal skills with high-quality written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-managing, proactive, good time management skills
  • Goal orientated
  • Strong and proven strategic and conceptual skills
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
