About the Construction Management Role

The primary objective of this position is to oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resources, and milestones.
  • Site Management: Oversee site preparation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with in-house and subcontractor teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost reduction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Telecommunications OSP infrastructure design and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of Fiber and HFC infrastructure design and construction principles.
  • Ability to learn and utilize customer systems and databases.
  • Intermediate ability with Windows operating systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
