About the Opportunity:

We are seeking motivated and hands-on individuals to join a 4-year apprenticeship program that combines theoretical study with practical experience, offering rotations through different departments on our campus.

Available trade apprenticeships include:

  • Electrician
  • Boilermaker
  • Machinist
  • Maintenance Fitter

This is a challenging and rewarding program that offers a supportive team and experienced mentors to guide you. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic business and build upon a 100+ year history in Australian manufacturing.

About You:

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent problem-solving skills, initiative, and commitment. As an apprentice, you will:

  • Be at least 16 years of age and have successfully completed year 10 or above
  • Be safety focused
  • Have exceptional listening skills
  • Be team orientated and willing to join a cohesive team
  • Be mechanically minded, with a process orientated approach

Next Steps:

We will be holding Assessment Centres for selected participants to attend over the coming weeks. This will consist of:

  • A presentation about the company
  • A face-to-face interview, to find out more about you and provide an opportunity for you to ask questions
  • Practical exercises to assess your teamwork, persistence, and mechanical thinking
