Role Overview

At AUTOrecruit, we are seeking an experienced Wheel and Tyre Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers to a decision that best meets their needs, and working closely with our Service Manager, Service Advisor, Mechanics, Tyre Technicians, and Wheel Aligners to deliver an industry-leading level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties, including maintaining sales, receipts, bookings, and stock records
  • Attending to customers face-to-face and communicating with your team
  • Liaising with all staff on current and upcoming jobs in the workshop
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Handling and processing payments

About You

  • 2 or more years' experience in automotive sales face-to-face customer service is highly desired, but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, but also unsupervised
  • Computer Literate
  • Full Australian working rights
