Job Overview

We are seeking experienced lawyers to join our busy Litigation and Financial Services team. Our team is a dynamic practice with expertise across:

  • Banking disputes
  • Debt recovery
  • Corporate insolvency
  • Personal insolvency
  • Complex commercial litigation

Key responsibilities include:

  • Focusing on banking litigation matters, including enforcement of mortgages and securities
  • Drafting correspondence and providing advice to clients and stakeholders
  • Preparing and settling claims, pleadings, and other court documents
  • Managing key client relationships with professionalism and confidence
  • Attending settlement conferences, mediations, and court appearances as part of your development

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years post-admission experience (or Senior Associate level)
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Quality outcome-driven with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in insolvency is highly desirable
