Senior Advisor - Environmental Policy and Conservation

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful environmental outcomes in the Pilbara region.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support the delivery of our Biodiversity Offsets programs.

Key responsibilities include implementing biodiversity offsets under state and federal legislation, developing offset strategies, preparing impact reconciliation procedures and reports, and collaborating with regulatory bodies and local stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in an environmental role, familiarity with West Australian environmental law, and expertise in developing or delivering biodiversity offset programs.

A strong understanding of GIS software, excellent communication skills, and ability to build positive relationships are also essential.
