Clinical Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Consultant to support our surgeons and clinical teams during trauma procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build trust quickly, and possess a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and clinical support to surgeons during trauma procedures.
  • Educate and train theatre staff on Stryker products and techniques.
  • Build strong relationships with hospital staff across your territory.
  • Work closely with the Territory Manager to achieve business objectives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and solve problems in real time.
  • Nursing, physiotherapy, biomedical science or similar clinical background (full product training provided).
