Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Clinical Consultant role. This position requires expertise in providing clinical and technical support to surgeons during trauma procedures.

  • This will involve educating and training theatre staff on Stryker products and techniques, building strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff, identifying opportunities to improve service and support for hospital partners, and staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments.

The ideal candidate will be theatre-based, able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Calm, reliable, and composed in high-pressure situations
  • A strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, theatre environment
  • Able to think on your feet and solve problems in real time
  • Experience in nursing, physiotherapy, biomedical science or a similar clinical background is highly regarded
