Recruitment Specialist

Are you a proactive and dedicated individual looking for a new challenge in the world of recruitment? We're seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our vibrant Recruitment Team at FCB Australia in Brisbane.
This role will involve sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent to join our team. You'll work closely with our business leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Source and select candidates through best-practice recruitment methods
- Manage activity and proactively assist in delivering results to achieve business targets
- Partner with all businesses, leaders, and support teams to build strong relationships and achieve business goals
- Ensure that the Recruitment Centre is the custodian and role model of our philosophies and values
- Champion team initiatives such as employer branding strategies, employee referrals, and retention
This is a high-volume role that requires someone who is confident, highly flexible, and adaptable. You'll need to be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven results with targets and KPIs in a volume environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build multi-level relationships
- Proven time management skills and ability to achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough understanding of the unique business culture of FCTG
- A proactive approach, resilience, and ability to problem-solve
- High emotional intelligence and awareness of self and others
