Job Role:

Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team for the Summer Intern Program located at our Energy project in Karratha, Western Australia.

  • This role will involve rotating between the Human Resources and Employee Relations departments where you will see first-hand how our business works.

As a Human Resources Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the Human Resources team with various tasks related to employee relations and recruitment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Human Resources team with tasks such as data entry, email management, and report preparation.
  • Assisting with recruitment processes including advertising job vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
