Key Account Manager

Optimizing business growth and development through strategic portfolio management.
- Develop, lead and execute business growth strategies for both existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with lending teams to prepare comprehensive business proposals, analyzing market trends and ongoing portfolio performance.
- Initiate targeted solutions to stimulate customer growth in local markets and implement annual business plans for key portfolios.
- Support area performance by driving customer advocacy, financial metrics and employee engagement.
We are seeking individuals with:
- Significant experience in business banking and relationship management within a leading financial institution.
- Ability to build enterprise brands across internal and external markets.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services to support customers' growth and operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to collaborate across business units for optimal customer outcomes.
- Expertise in providing technical guidance on debt products and deal structuring.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry trends and developments.
