The successful candidate will be a dedicated and visionary educational leader, committed to fostering a joy-filled community where students, staff, and families can thrive within a Catholic context.

This role is pivotal in the Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools system, as the faith and educational leadership of the Principal enables the vision of the school to be realised.

In collaboration with MACS, staff members, local Parish Priest, and the broader School community, the Principal will work towards achieving the identified goals of the School.

About Our Primary School

Our primary school was established in 1985 to meet the growing demands for Catholic education in the Werribee area.

We are one of six Catholic primary schools in the St Andrew's Parish.

Inspired by the Josephite Sisters who have a long history in the Parish, we pay homage to St Mary of the Cross Mac Killop in providing a learning community that calls on her tenacity and courage as motivation for all.

Our mission is to live out the Gospel values of justice, integrity, respect, and dignity.

We strive to develop the whole child; spiritually, physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally.

Strong coaching and leadership skills are required to enable team growth and development, championing innovation and improvement to support continuous learning.
