About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our education leadership team in a dynamic environment.

You will play a key role in delivering education and learning, working collaboratively with colleagues to support a consistent and integrated approach aligned with our vision.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Eastern Education Team to enhance patient care by maintaining and developing workforce capability through the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based education programs.
  • Foster a strong learning culture grounded in continuous quality improvement and best practice.
  • Collaborate with Directors of Clinical Services (DCS), Associate Directors of Clinical Services (ADCS), and Nurse Managers (NMs) to identify learning needs and oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of targeted educational initiatives.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience within an education role.
  • Postgraduate qualification.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proven team building and leadership ability.
