Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with industry employers to secure practical placement opportunities for students in vocational education and training (VET). Engage with students, assess their eligibility, and meet the needs of our customers.

About This Role
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with industry employers to secure ongoing placement opportunities
  • Engage with students to assess their suitability for traineeships throughout training delivery
  • Proactively identify new placement opportunities to ensure a continuous pipeline
  • Meet with students prior to course commencement to understand their individual needs and potential barriers to finding placement
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service outcomes
About You
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the training sector
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of training programs and industry standards
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with colleagues and industry partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ASQA/SNR compliance requirements
