Procurement Specialist

Located in Acacia Ridge, Lindsay Australia Ltd is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their Purchasing team.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced procurement professional to provide quality-driven procurement administration support for our purchasing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and auditing customer and supplier claims, entering and checking agency sales and reconciliations, validating customer pricing and terms, and ensuring accuracy of payments.
You will also update and maintain Microsoft Dynamics supplier details, raise purchase orders, collaborate with the accounts team to ensure timely payments, and submit purchase orders to supplier online portals accurately.
In addition, you will monitor freight accounts, evaluate cost-effective options and methods of operation, and perform ad-hoc duties supporting the Procurement Manager as required.
About YouTo succeed in this role, we anticipate you will have prior experience in purchasing and/or logistics with end-to-end payment and purchase order processing experience.
You should possess an understanding of contracts, terms, and conditions, intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics/Dynamics 365.
A strong attention to detail and data entry skills are essential, along with superior customer service skills and a positive demeanor.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
