Rydges Melbourne, situated in the vibrant Melbourne theatre district, offers urban sophistication and warm local hospitality. We're seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of Bossley Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimum performance in day-to-day operations, specific duties, and special projects.
  • Lead by example in providing excellent customer service, and showcase pride in the Rydges brand.
  • Monitor the floor, and be of assistance in supervision and operation.
  • Implement SOP's, opening and closing procedures, and checklists.

Skills & Experience:

  • Food and Beverage team leader/supervisor with a proven track record.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry, demonstrated with sound product knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Immaculate grooming standards and personal presentation.
  • Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
  • Possess a valid RSA certificate.

Based on market standards and industry benchmarks, we estimate the annual salary for this role to be approximately $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience.
