You will also provide evidence-based guidance and education to parents on nutrition, sleep, and child development.
In this rewarding role, you will collaborate closely with an Aboriginal Health Worker within their scope of practice. Based at Newcastle Community Health Centre, you will travel to outreach clinics and conduct home visits alongside your allocated Aboriginal Health Worker, delivering personalized care directly to the community.
