The Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialists to join our dynamic team. As a Care Support Specialist, you will provide respectful, dignified, and safe care to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist with showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management
  • Social Support: Accompany clients to social activities, shopping, and medical appointments
  • Domestic Assistance: Provide light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Aid and Equipment Support: Assist clients with the use of personal equipment and aids
Requirements
  1. Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support
  2. At least one year's experience in Community, Aged, Disability, or Health care
  3. Current Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check
  4. CPR/First Aid Certificate and Australian Drivers Licence
