About the Role

As part of the Oils and Technical Services team, you will oversee the daily transportation operations at our Crestmead site. This role involves ensuring that the transport component of the business is run as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.

  • Coordinate and schedule all driver routes to ensure customers are serviced.
  • Manage route optimisation, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations, enter customer sites and operate procedures, which includes monitoring and signing off daily driver check sheets.
  • Maintain relationships with third parties, contractors, suppliers, and customers.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to deliver value to customers. You will also need to be able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and bring the following skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to build solid working relationships with operations teams.
  • A good understanding of operating procedures.
  • An understanding of transport and logistics.
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite.
