The Restorative Practice in Schools Project aims to implement systemic change by early intervention in educational settings.

This will be achieved by engaging school staff at selected schools and supporting them in developing restorative practice skills through training, mentoring, coaching, and setting up communities of practice.

Disengagement from school is a known driver for justice-system involvement, and restorative practices have demonstrated success in decreasing disengagement from school and other justice-related matters.

We seek an experienced Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of the project and support the development of skills in restorative practice among school staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, facilitating restorative practice processes, and an understanding of the education system.

They will also possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to promote programs and engage with individuals and groups effectively.
