Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

Our centre provides high-quality care and education for children from 0-5 years, ensuring their safety and wellbeing while promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity and diversity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive centre culture
  • Contribute to creating an outstanding learning environment through collaboration and teamwork
Requirements
  • Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • Understanding of EYLF and NQS
  • Proven experience working with children 0-5 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
