Job Summary: We are seeking two qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teachers to work in a co-educational Jewish Day school, with some excellent benefits.

About the Role:

  • Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through building strong trusted relationships.
  • Develop and/or assist the Room Leader with delivery of education programs that support children's independence, resilience, and social and emotional wellbeing.
  • Prepare, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for individual children and groups.
  • Document children's learning through observations and assessments in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Key Skills and Experience:

  • ACECQA approved qualification; i.e., Bachelor of Early Childhood and Education or equivalent.
  • NESA Teacher registration.
  • Deep understanding of early learning pedagogy and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Current first aid qualifications including asthma, anaphylaxis, and CPR.
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
