About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical individual to join our team as a Strategic Planning Specialist. As a key member of our planning team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining essential planning tools that drive our long-term success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain our master plan across all time horizons.
  • Conduct capital forecast modeling and scenario analysis to guide business decisions.
  • Assist in developing business cases to support sound investment planning.
  • Create and present planning performance reports, leading continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance within our CMMS system.

You'll work closely with:

  • The Planning and Technical Services teams.
  • Maintenance Managers and Finance.

This role provides a collaborative environment focused on optimizing asset management and lifecycle costing, ensuring resource efficiency for our business.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Asset management and lifecycle costing expertise.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and JDE is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

About the Position:
