We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our launch team at Alma Nove, the newest fine dining spot on Manly beach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality experience for our guests;
  • Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages with precision and attention to detail;
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver efficient and flawless service;
  • Take direction and adapt to changing situations with ease;
  • Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of bartending experience, with a strong focus on cocktail knowledge and skills;
  • Experience working in a fine dining and wine bar atmosphere is highly desirable;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
