Shore Beach House Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Shore Beach House. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to our guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of bartending experience, with a focus on cocktail knowledge and skills
  • Experience working in a late-night bar atmosphere, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to take direction and work at a fast pace in a high-turnover environment
  • High energy, passion, and a strong work ethic
