Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring that our teams have access to the systems and equipment they need to operate effectively.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to resolve IT-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the IT Services Manager to identify and implement solutions to improve systems and services.
  • Utilise a wide range of IT skills in a predominantly Microsoft environment to deliver exceptional results.
  • Work closely with colleagues to maximise the use of systems and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Previous application support experience
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Logical approach to problem-solving
  • MS Office installation, configuration, administration, and support
