The Role

As a Speech Pathologist at Better Rehab, you'll have the opportunity to make a bigger difference in the lives of NDIS participants. Your day will be filled with various tasks, including:

  • Visiting clients, assessing their needs, designing therapy plans, and advocating on their behalf
  • Making a positive impact on participants with diverse conditions, including neurological disorders, ASD, psychosocial issues, and more
  • Providing therapy services for participants aged 0-65, focusing on language, mealtimes, dysphagia, aphasia, and AAC
  • Writing reports, adhering to NDIS requirements
  • Liaising with support coordinators, local area coordinators, and equipment providers
  • Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team
  • Taking advantage of exceptional personal development opportunities

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Passion for making a difference
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, graduating in 2024
  • A strong understanding of Better Rehab's values
  • Your own car and a valid driver's license
  • Evidence of relevant registrations and proof of COVID vaccinations
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
