Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

This role has a significant impact on customer lives by effectively managing assigned territories, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, and establishing strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Sales, with at least one year of experience working in Australia's generic market. A proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and excellent communication skills are essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain designated territory to ensure optimal service to key accounts.
    • Consistently meet or exceed net sales targets for dispensary and OTC pharmacy products within assigned territory.
    • Maintain loyalty of key accounts through building close relationships.
    • Execute agreed business strategies to optimize substitution opportunities.

The successful candidate will be eligible to work in Australia and possess a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
