Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain coordination.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, monitoring stock levels, and liaising with freight companies to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.

In addition, the Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator will oversee order fulfilment, enforce safety and compliance standards, and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Daily Warehouse Operations: Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor Stock Levels: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Liaise with Freight Companies: Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries
  • Oversee Order Fulfilment: Picking, packing, and dispatching orders in a timely manner
  • Enforce Safety and Compliance Standards: Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve processes and reduce costs
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years' Experience: In logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management/Logistics Software: Knowledge of inventory management systems and software
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, freight providers, and customers
  • Valid Forklift Licence: Essential for safe operation of forklift equipment
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure
