Logistics and Supply Chain Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Supply Chain professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse receiving and dispatch processes, as well as the ability to transport and supply products while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

This is a permanent employment opportunity for individuals who can represent our organization positively and adhere to our policies, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction through effective service delivery in collaboration with warehouse and branch staff.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding support in warehouse receiving and dispatch processes
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers and end users
  • Participate actively and support team decisions, demonstrating good teamwork

Benefits: Ample free on-site parking, hourly rate AU$36 - AU$38 inclusive of casual loading, comprehensive training and induction programs, supportive and positive team environment, work hours Monday to Friday 6.00am-2.00pm or 9.00am-5.00pm.

Requirements: Previous experience in warehousing and transport is essential. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following key standards:

  • Share information effectively by keeping colleagues informed about processes
  • Foster a friendly, cooperative environment, promoting good morale and a positive reputation with internal and external customers

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Provide outstanding customer service, meet productivity targets, maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations.
