Motorcycle Retail Sales Associate Role

A dynamic and results-driven sales professional who is passionate about motorcycles is required to join our retail team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, skilled at building meaningful relationships with customers and peers, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service.

We operate 25+ stores nationally and online, making this an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safety-focused mindset to ensure personal and team safety, as well as customer well-being
  • Contribute to store sales and KPIs by providing excellent customer service and promoting products effectively
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, meeting customer needs and expectations
  • Provide up-to-date product information to customers, including features, benefits and applications
  • Maintain showroom standards through cleaning and shelving stock, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment
  • Show reliability and commitment to shifts, prioritizing tasks effectively and staying active throughout work hours

This role requires lifting, bending and climbing, so physical stamina is essential.

About You

You are a motorcycle enthusiast with existing retail experience, skilled at building meaningful relationships with customers and peers. You consider yourself fun, enthusiastic and proactive, with a strong work ethic.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring excellent customer service.
