Job Description

We are seeking a sales assistant to support the store manager with day-to-day operations and provide an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers, and community members.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for retail sales and operation of point-of-sale devices, collecting, sorting, and pricing donations in store, assisting in the development and coordination of visual merchandising and store presentation, providing exceptional customer service, displaying stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure, and following occupational health and safety policy and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in retail sales is not essential but preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Genuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding results in a rewarding complex retail environment.
  • Alignment with values of integrity respect compassion collaboration and diversity.
  • High-energy hands-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends and across various locations in the retail area.
