Job Overview:

The Service Delivery Coordinator will provide exceptional support to colleagues across the organisation, fostering relationships and resolving their issues.

  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Support for staff devices and corporate equipment
  • Managing and maintaining a responsive service desk, including resolving, triaging and escalating calls and service request tickets as appropriate
  • Maintaining mobile phone fleets and accessories
  • Ensuring seamless onboarding, training and induction of staff to our corporate network and operations
  • Maintaining accurate IT documentation

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service and administration role, strong communication and administrative skills, high work ethic, and be curious and open to taking challenges.

They will also be a skilled administrator, organised with attention to detail, able to communicate effectively over the phone and email, and have demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
