  • The role involves traveling between clients' homes and assisting them with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.">
  • You will also provide social support, including transportation to medical appointments and social activities.">
  • The ability to assist clients with mobility aids, such as walkers and wheelchairs, is an essential requirement.">
  • In addition, you will monitor clients' well-being and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator.">
  • You will work under the supervision of the care coordinator and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.">
  • The typical working hours are between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.">

  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate">
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)">
