Winter Cocktail Specialist

We are seeking a skilled mixologist to work in a dynamic winter environment at Falls Creek. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality cocktails and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages according to established recipes
- Interact with guests, assess their preferences, and recommend beverages that suit their tastes
- Stay informed about the latest drink trends and develop seasonal cocktails
- Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in a high-volume bar setting
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
