Client Services Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity for an administrative professional to utilise their skills and experience in a client-focused role.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage staff rosters to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide general administrative support to the office team.
- Build rapport with clients and their families while resolving enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Communicate complex information clearly and simply.
- Support the smooth running of client services in line with established standards.
- Prior administration and rostering experience (essential).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex situations.
- A high level of empathy and genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability to work five days per week.
