About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced technology sourcing and commercial consultants to develop and manage strategic sourcing programs for our clients.
- Developing sourcing strategies and managing risk.
- Strategic end-to-end technology sourcing programs.
- Developing a commercial strategy and coordinating procurement.
- Preparing and reviewing commercial documents.
- Working with legal to ensure commercial and legal objectives are aligned.
- Facilitating evaluation across technical, financial, and commercial streams.
- Negotiation planning and execution.
- Contract finalisation.
Requirements
- A deep understanding of technologies and commercial reform.
- An undergraduate degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or Law.
- Australian Citizenship and an Australian Government Security Clearance.
