We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide person-centred support services to individuals with varying needs.
The successful applicant will possess a minimum of one year of experience in disability support, with strong knowledge in person-centred approaches and active engagement.
Key responsibilities include delivering person-centred care, maintaining accurate records of service delivery activities, upholding client confidentiality, and adhering to core organisational values.
