About the Role:
The Kangan Institute is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AMEP Administration Officer to join our team. As an AMEP Administration Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) at our institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client and stakeholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and support regarding AMEP programs and services.
- Determine student eligibility for AMEP programs, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Manage the pre-enrolment process for AMEP students, working closely with Lead Educators and the International department to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments with students, staff, and stakeholders as required.
- Enter key data into the ARMS online system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide counselling and support services to AMEP students, as outlined in the contract between AMES and BKI.
- Monitor and report on compliance with Institute policies and procedures, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management or a related field, with little or no relevant work experience; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and relevant experience.
- Relevant compliance documents, including a Working with Children Clearance (WWCC), current police check, and certified right to work documentation.
- Certified vocational qualifications and certified transcripts, as listed in the resume and relevant to the position.
