We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Health and Wellness team. As the Health and Wellness Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of fitness professionals and implementing programs that enhance member satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Health and Wellness team to deliver top-tier service and achieve exceptional results
  • Coordinate training and development programs for fitness staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services
  • Provide exceptional customer service to support members in achieving their health and wellness goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement systems and processes that meet member needs
  • Develop and review the group fitness timetable, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Manage staff rosters, payroll, and compliance, ensuring seamless operations
  • Monitor and report on class attendance, feedback, and member surveys, providing insights for business improvement
Requirements
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness or relevant tertiary qualification
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Victorian Working with Children Check
  • Experience in a managerial role within the health and wellness sector
  • Experience in group fitness and strong fitness prescription skills
  • Strong supervisory and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
