Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Field Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning our products, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining close contact with our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a field technician role, with experience in electrical/electronics background and installation and commissioning environment. You will also possess a high level of customer focus and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission company products within time allowances
  • Carry out all work safely in accordance with customer and company health and safety requirements
  • Identify and report on software and product defects
  • Maintain accurate records of site visits, time spent, and work undertaken
  • Maintain a close working relationship with the Customer Technical Support Coordinator
  • Attend site project meetings for new installations as required

Requirements:

  • ELECTRICAL LICENSE
  • Proven 2+ years track record in a field technician role
  • ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS BACKGROUND
  • Proven track record in an installation and commissioning environment
  • Hands-on practical approach
  • High level of customer focus and relationship-building skills
