Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at the Peak Downs Project. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers a lifestyle-friendly 5/2/4/3 roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory control and materials handling
  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff to achieve high standards of customer service
  • Coordinate deliveries with carriers and adhere to schedules and deadlines
  • Maintain stores efficiently and optimize inventory to meet organizational and maintenance targets
  • Perform management of stores inventory and coordinate periodic stock takes

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and people management skills within a warehouse supervisor role
  • High Risk Forklift Licence is essential
  • Exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills
  • Prioritising and problem-solving are second nature
  • Proficiency in JD Edwards, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is vital
  • Understanding of the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act and Regulations
