About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cook/Chef to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast dishes for hotel guests, function catering for events, and maintaining the cafe's all-time favorites.

To be successful in this role, you will have;

  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment as a chef or short-order cook;
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently;
  • Be reliable, punctual and professional in your demeanor;
  • Available to work early mornings, nights and weekends;
  • Good knowledge of food safety practices;
