Millys Cafe serves breakfast all day, freshly baked goods, light meals, burgers, and cafe classics. We're perfect for catching up with friends over coffee.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Cook/Chef to join our Millys team in a full-time capacity. You'll be responsible for preparing high-standard breakfasts for hotel guests, function catering, and cafe classics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing kitchen operations in a busy environment as a chef or short order cook;
• Following directions and working unsupervised when necessary;
• Being reliable, punctual, and professional at all times;
• Availability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends as required;
• Maintaining good knowledge of food safety protocols;
• Adhering to our core values: Engage, Deliver, Understand, Anticipate.
