Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic leader to manage our national franchise network. This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive performance and growth.

  • This is a challenging opportunity for a results-driven professional who has experience managing multiple locations or distributed networks through a small team.
  • You will lead a team of area managers and trainers with access to marketing support personnel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement cutting-edge systems and processes to help franchisees scale, grow revenue, and increase profit.
  • Develop and implement system optimisation strategies to enhance franchisee skills and enable repeatability and revenue/profit growth.
  • Manage compliance and operational excellence initiatives to ensure brand consistency across all locations.
  • Develop training programs covering commercial acumen, customer service excellence, and other key areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply chain optimisation and product innovation.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance across dispersed teams.
  • Experience using KPI-driven methodologies and business planning tools.
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
