Job Description
\The Ecommerce Acceleration Manager at Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates will lead and play a vital role in shaping and leading the company's approach to all ecommerce priorities. This involves proactively prioritizing work, delivering results, upskilling teams, and sharing knowledge with others to provide context and build capability in a complex practice.
\This position requires extensive experience in front-line ecommerce required, preferably gained in Pet Specialty retail, however other FMCG and Consumer Goods channels considered.
\The ideal candidate will have demonstrated understanding of digital technologies, analytics, and data, as well as experience in successfully delivering complex projects as a Project Manager.
\Responsibilities
\- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive commercial and branded objectives.
- Optimize online channel commercial performance by fortifying sustainable relationships with key omni and pure player retailers.
- Undertake analysis and build efficiencies to maximize investment and drive ROI across the emerging media channel.
- Influence across multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of RC ANZ's Digital Commerce revenue commitments and growth targets.
