About the Job:

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced E-commerce professional to join our team as an eCommerce Acceleration Manager. In this role, you will inform, shape, and lead RC's approach to all eCommerce priorities.

You will be responsible for developing and executing multifaceted strategies to deliver commercial and branded objectives in partnership with leading retailers via their eCommerce initiatives.

This includes optimizing online channel commercial performance, fortifying sustainable relationships with key omni and pure player retailers, and undertaking analysis to maximize investment and drive ROI across emerging media channels.

As an eCommerce Acceleration Manager, you will influence across multiple internal stakeholders, including Key Account Managers, Customer Marketing Managers, Brand & Pet Owner, Finance, and Supply, as well as external stakeholders such as customers and retail partners.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring delivery of RC ANZ's Digital Commerce revenue commitments and growth targets, partnering with finance on tracking and forecasting, and identifying digital revenue opportunities.

You will also partner with the global digital commerce community and leadership to leverage expertise, insights, skills, resources, and relationships for the benefit of the Australian market.
