Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute promotional programs that deliver against sales, profit, and market share targets
  • Utilize data and insights to inform promotional offers and ensure customer-led decision making
  • Manage financial KPIs for the category, including sales, profit, inventory, and promotional margin
  • Manage non-financial KPIs, including Voice of Supplier, Voice of Team, and Voice of Customer
  • Develop strategic supplier relationships through effective communication and negotiation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in buying or category management is preferred
  • Promotional strategy and new product development skills
  • Strong analytical skills and customer insights to inform decision making
  • Ability to negotiate and influence with cross-functional and external stakeholders
